Art Award 2016 – Finalist

Rossella Rossi is among the finalists for the 2016 Arte Prize and received an honorary diploma for her painting "Recontres."
The Arte editorial staff has selected the forty finalists for the 2016 Arte Prize , including the winners of the four Golden Plaques and the four Academy Awards for the painting, sculpture, photography, and graphics categories.
During the awards ceremony, sponsor Biffi independently assigned the special prize to one of the four Golden Plaque winners. On the morning of November 9th, at the Palazzo Reale in Milan, the four Golden Plaques, the four Academy Awards, and the Honorary Diplomas will be awarded to all finalists.
The works of the finalists and winners will then be presented in an exhibition open to the public from November 10th to 13th at the Palazzo Reale. All of them will be featured in an extensive feature in the next issue of Arte. The forty winners of the 2016 Arte Prize will also be included in the Catalogue of Modern Art. Italian artists from the early twentieth century to today, no. 52 (Giorgio Mondadori Publishing), in bookstores from December 2016.
